Anthony R Hicks, Jr is the Majority Share Holder and President of Y Not Industries, Inc., Excelsior Realty Associates LLC, the Co-Founder of EZ DUZIT LOGISTICS CORP., amount other Companies. He started his companies with the idea of leveraging his contacts and network, by facilitating and brokering many deals, in different industries. Anthony maximizes profits using patterns and strategies he’s discovered in the commodity futures markets, and capitalizing on the Real Estate Market. Mr. Hicks went to school at The City College of New York, where he studied Business Management. Anthony has over 15 years of experience trading Natural Gas and Crude Oil futures and options. He started in 2005 as a runner at the NYMEX. He then worked his way up to joining a group of traders in the options pit, where he became an analyst clerk and assistant trader. From there, he found a passion for the energy markets, studying patterns particularly in the Natural Gas Futures Market, where he then decided to trade on his own.
Anthony also spent 4 years working for New York State, in their Business and Economic Development Division, as an operations analyst. He has great experience certifying Minority and Women Owned Businesses with the state, affording them opportunities to bid on and receive state contracts, receive grants and loans, and help grow their business. He’s also spent some time in the business lending industry, funding small businesses around the United States. Mr. Hicks has built an extensive book of clients in the business world, from many different industries.
Prior to entering the financial world, Anthony spent a couple years in Construction, as a Local 28 Union Sheet Metal Worker. His company, Heritage Mechanical Services, completed all the duct work and HVAC for many projects in New York City, including the Bronx Courthouse and The Bloomberg Building, in Midtown East Manhattan.
With his experience, Anthony has become a serial Entrepreneur. His entrepreneurial spirit, passion for finance, and for business, ensures his companies are well on their way to success and profitability.
